Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Balance assigned bank and ensure reconciliation of money received and disbursed during shift.
• Perform check cashing, debit/credit card, and ATM transactions.
• Redeem coupons, play tickets, coins, chips, and tokens for cash; assist payouts for large jackpots.
• Compute accurate exchange rates for foreign currency and convert to U.S. dollars.
• Provide positive guest service and advise guests on events and facility information.
• Operate check cashing software and input information in databases.
• Provide point information to players club members.
• Participate in ongoing players club promotions and hand out cash or gifts.
• Follow gaming laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Report disputes or unusual activity to management.
• Maintain safety and professionalism; follow Nugget policies.
• Regular attendance mandatory.

FUNCTION:

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum21yearsofage.

EDUCATIONLEVEL:

HighSchooldiplomaorequivalentisrequired.

LANGUAGE:

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum1yearcashhandling,checkcashingexperiencerequired.Previouscasinocage, vault, credit, or players club experience preferred.

PHYSICALDEMANDSANDWORKENVIRONMENT:

Abilitytowalk,stand,orsitforextendedperiodsoftime. Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.

Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
