Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Cage and/or Player Club roles.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Gaming regulations.
• Verify cash turn ins from operating departments and cash outs.
• Prepare daily revenue accountability and bank deposits.
• Cash checks and operate POS for entertainment tickets with accuracy.
• Enroll new members in Players Club and explain benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and events to inform guests.
