Summary

The Cage Cashier/Player Services Rep is responsible for the redemption of tickets/vouchers, redemption of chips, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions for guests, and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cashing customers out, giving correct change, and answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift. Ensuring guests have a positive gaming experience.
3. Keeping cash drawer balanced and making exchanges with the vault.
4. Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
5. Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
6. Maintaining customer relations and ensuring safety and security of employees and customers.
7. Filling in as a Main Banker when necessary.
8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Education, Training, and Experience:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. 6 months cashiering or banking experience preferred.
3. Must be able to obtain a license to work at the facility from the regulatory body.

Prerequisites:

Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
