• Carry out supervisory responsibilities: train employees, plan, assign, direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline.
• Verify daily paperwork to resolve variance errors.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with departmental internal controls and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
