Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Cage Supervisor to oversee daily Cage operations, safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. The role entails supervising Cage team members, managing currency and transaction records, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify irregularities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and multiple shift start times based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards company assets and maintains the integrity of Cage operations.
• Supervises Cage personnel and daily Cage activities.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintains the records necessary to support accurate and orderly Cage operations.
• Assists the Cage Shift Manager with evaluation, training, and development of Cage personnel.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, counseling, and other personnel-related matters as needed.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding internal activities, financial information, and company operations.
• Identifies and reports irregularities or concerns in accordance with established procedures.
