Job summary

Dakota Sioux Casino in Watertown, SD is seeking a Cage Manager to oversee all cage operations 24 hours a day. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and adherence to internal controls and policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred and 4–6 years of experience. Experience with gaming operations and staff training is a plus. Ability to obtain a Key Gaming License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related area.
• 4–6 years related experience and/or training with accounting or banking operations.
• Must obtain a Key Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, control and improve all cage department operations.
• Coordinate NIGC internal controls and internal controls for cage and other departments.
• Oversee daily deposits, vault and main bank reconciliation.
• Safeguard casino assets and maintain asset control across cage inventories.
• Supervise cage staff and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Custodian of cage records and training of cage employees.
• Maintain authority over cage property and signatory duties.
