Delaware North Gaming in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a Cage Manager to oversee cage and vault operations, ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies. Typical schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m., with some flexibility for weekday shifts. The role requires weekend availability, leadership capabilities, and a focus on accurate cash handling and team development.

Competenze

• At least three years of supervisory experience in a gaming role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida state gaming license.
• Ability to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressments.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Manage main bank, cashiers cage, drop, and count operations; ensure all federal, state, local, and Delaware North gaming regulations and procedures are followed.
• Hand out cashiers' banks and distribute cash drawers; handle flow and tracking of all cash through the cages.
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money bank at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members.
