Delaware North Gaming in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Cage Manager to oversee cage and vault operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and Delaware North policies. The role requires weekend availability with a typical Wed–Sun, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. schedule, and some weekday flexibility.

You will manage cash flow, supervise staff, and maintain accurate vault records to ensure a safe, efficient gaming environment within the Daytona Poker Room.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory experience in a gaming role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida state gaming license.
• Ability to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressments.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Manage main bank, cashiers cage, drop, and count operations; ensure all federal, state, local, and Delaware North gaming regulations and procedures are followed.
• Hand out cashiers’ banks and distribute cash drawers; handle flow and tracking of all cash through the cages.
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money bank at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Cage Manager to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. In this role, you will oversee cage and vault operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as Delaware North policies and procedures.

This position requires weekend availability. The typical schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with Mondays and Tuesdays off, although there may be some flexibility with weekday scheduling.
