Job summary

Holmen Cheese in Wisconsin is seeking a Cager / De-Cager Warehouse Team Member to move blocks of production in and out of cages. This fast-paced, physical role involves standing forklift use, often in a cooler, with attention to safety and accuracy. You will support production by prepping materials and handling shipments.

The job emphasizes reliable material flow, proper documentation, and housekeeping; candidates should have 3–5 years in warehousing, ERP experience, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software, required.

Responsibilities

• Cage and De-Cage product to prepare it for shipping.
• Use a vacuum lift assist device to move product.
• Palletize product to prepare for shipping.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Drive stand up forklift to load according to load sheet.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure materials for production runs.
• Inspect shipments and prepare required documentation.
• Help ensure a high degree of detail and quality in all tasks.
