Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Warehouse Associate to perform trailer inspections and secure inbound/outbound loads. You will load/unload with RF scanners, verify paperwork, and coordinate with shifts to resolve discrepancies.

The role includes receiving products, put-away, replenishment, and pallet picking for customer orders. You must read and communicate in English, work weekends, and handle a fast-paced environment with lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as scheduled.
• Basic math knowledge required.
• Demonstrated work history in a warehouse or similar role.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in cold environments and around equipment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound trailer inspections and securing loads.
• Load/unload using RF scanners and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Receive products with correct counts, dates, and conditions.
• Ensure accurate outbound shipment weights and distribution.
• Put-away received goods and replenish pick locations.
• Complete daily powered industrial truck inspections.
• Adhere to GMPs, food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Report hazards to management and attend trainings.
