Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
• Be able to obtain a Sheriff’s card.
• Ensure excellent guest service.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.
• Perform all cage functions with precision, including establishing and verifying customer credit lines.
• Communicate credit information to appropriate personnel and execute pit fills and credits.
• Collaborate with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
