Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cashier, banking, accounting, or casino experience preferred.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and credit check (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Accurately exchange cash for gaming chips, tickets, vouchers, and other approved instruments
• Redeem chips, tickets, and vouchers for cash in accordance with casino procedures
• Process jackpots, fills, credits, marker payments, and payouts as authorized
• Verify patron identification for large transactions and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile all transactions at shift end
• Comply with all internal controls, accounting procedures, and gaming regulations
• Detect and report counterfeit currency, suspicious transactions, or potential fraud
• Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and timely
• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient guest service
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and patron information
• Communicate effectively with management, security, surveillance, and accounting
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards
