Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of high-volume cash handling experience.
• Able to enter data, read and interpret computer outputs.
• Excellent guest and human relations skills.
• Willing to work any day of the week and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard assets by following cage policies and procedures, handling cash and transactions accurately.
• Process currency, coins, foreign exchange, gaming chips, tickets, credit cards and cash advances with precision.
• Record all transactions for guest accounts to ensure Title 31 compliance.
• Balance entrusted funds and reconcile paperwork after each shift.
• Inspect currency and instruments for counterfeits; report suspicious items to management.
• Complete cage operation documentation accurately and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Adhere to gaming, legal and audit regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
