Job Summary

The Cage Cashieris responsible forsafeguarding company assets while adhering to all company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service andmaintainingaccuracy in all financial transactions.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Provide courteous and efficient customer servicein accordance withestablished standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.
• Perform all cage functions with precision, including but not limited to:
• Establishing and verifying customer credit lines.
• Communicating credit information toappropriate personnel.
• Executing pit fills and credits seamlessly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to execute all cage cashier functions to include but not limited to:
• Cage Marker issuance/redemption
• Front Money Deposits/Withdrawals
• Customer Incentives
• Title 31
• R/S ticket redemptions
• Answer telephones
• Travelers' checks
• Issue Total Rewards cards
• Casino Credit Applications
• Chip redemptions
• Check Cashing
• Credit Card Cash Advance
• Coupon redemption
• Fast Cash redemption
• Numerous bank accountabilities

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
• Be able to obtain a Sheriff’s card
• Always present oneself as an example of excellence to the department
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the departmental and company guidelines.
• Protect company assets.
• Supports cross-departmental needs asrequired.
• Must have manual dexterity and coordination tooperateoffice equipment to include but not limitedto10 key addingmachines, PC computers, fax machine, photocopy machine.
• Must be able to read, write,speakand understand English.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long,extended periods of time.
• Must be able to toliftto 35 pounds.
• Must be able to push/pull heavy carts on the casino floor.
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working atthe assignedarea.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
