Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Cage Cashier in Rochester, NH to safeguard assets and handle cash and chips while delivering friendly service to guests.

You will balance drawers, process payouts, maintain records, and ensure Title 31 compliance, supporting the Cage Shift Manager in a busy gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Able to work in a noisy, smoky environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and perform repetitive cash handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.

What You'll Expect

As a Cage Cashier, you'll safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You'll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What You'll Do
