The Role: Cage Cashier

The Cage Cashier provides high-level service to guests, handling sales and redemption of coins, chips, and vouchers daily.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to guests, fostering positive interactions.
• Create a hospitable and friendly environment.
• Manage funds, maintain records, and prepare transaction reports.
• Handle inventory and documentation at shift start and end.
• Balance cash drawer, sell checks, chips, and tokens.
• Follow current I.C.M.P. and Gaming regulations for documentation.
• Stay updated on Gaming Laws and I.C.M.P. changes.
• Process sales and redemptions for internal and external guests.
• Proficiency with 10-key calculator and check cashing systems preferred.
• Verify guest identification.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
• Work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform duties as assigned, including in any Cage operations area.
• Attendance is essential.

Qualifications:

• Colorado Division of Gaming Support license required.
• Previous cash handling and gaming experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math and money handling.
• Data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and communicative.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
