Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume cash handling environment.

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and teamwork to support casino operations.
• Ability to operate casino cage equipment and computer systems.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with gaming rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service aligned with the company culture.
• Process cash transactions: check cashing, markers, chip redemption, currency exchange, vouchers.
• Manage funds and reconcile balances; report discrepancies.
• Operate cage systems and equipment per procedures; maintain organized workstation.
• Support player club services and promotional inquiries as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Title 31 and applicable gaming regulations.
