Job summary

Grand Island Casino Resort is seeking a Cage Cashier to responsibly handle cash transactions including check cashing, slot vouchers, bill breaking, and table game chip cashing. Accuracy and high guest service levels are essential.

The role requires maintaining a cash bank, balancing at shift end, and complying with cage policies, gaming regulations, and mandatory trainings. Grave shift availability, both part-time and full-time, may be required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Nebraska Racing and Gaming license.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Balance cash at end of shift and manage assigned Cashier Bank.
• Follow Cage Policies and Procedures and comply with Gaming Commission Rules.

Job description

Cage Cashier is responsible for providing the following services to our guests: Check cashing, cashing in slot machine vouchers, breaking bills, and cashing in table game chips. Must maintain accuracy while performing these services. Also responsible for accurately completing necessary paperwork associated with the position and to ensure that the highest guest service level is being met.
