Delaware North at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in Cross Lanes, WV is seeking a Cage and Vault Supervisor for full-time or part-time roles. The role oversees cage operations, ensures policy compliance, and delivers guest service excellence in a fast-paced casino environment.

Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers; assist in staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members
Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability
Handle guest complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the guest and the company

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Cage and Vault Supervisor to join our team in Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cage Supervisor, you will supervise daily cage operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

Pay

$19.25 – $19.25 / hour
