FAENA is seeking a dedicated kitchen dishwash­er to support Cafeteria food and beverage operations, ensuring clean wares, proper sanitation, and smooth service flows. You will assist with plating for employee meals, transport supplies, and maintain organized kitchen and banquet areas.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwashing machine, stocking cleaned wares, and reporting any equipment or safety concerns to supervisors.

Formación

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and organize dishwashing area and station.
• Operate and monitor dishwashing machine and related equipment.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils and wares; replenish as needed.
• Transport wares between kitchen, banquet areas and dishwashing station.
• Assist in breakdown and cleanup of work areas and follow closing procedures.
