Job summary

FAENA is seeking a dishwashing/utility team member to support Cafeteria operations, transport supplies, assist kitchen with plating employee meals, and maintain clean tables and equipment. You will also clean and sanitize wares, stock, and organize work areas to meet health and safety standards.

The role requires ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, while adhering to all sanitation regulations and safety guidelines within the hotel’s kitchen

Qualifications

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/ou tstandards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations.
• Set up and organize work station with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor.
