Responsibilities include following recipes, assisting with ordering and inventory, and ensuring accurate labeling and HACCP records. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and flexibility to adapt to daily business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of three years of food production experience.
• Proven knowledge of and regular compliance with safe food handling standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and translate recipes and operate weights/measures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of salads, condiments, and other menu items for cafeteria and catering services.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and HACCP records to ensure food safety and freshness.
• Follow recipes and adjust portions while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
• Respond to customer questions or concerns and maintain professional communication with staff.
