Responsibilities

• Complete tray assembly.
• Ensures food meets safety and sanitation regulations and completes documentation.
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Basic cash handling.
• Maintains a safe, clean cooking area.
• Cleans and sanitizes work area and carts.
