Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items during service to meet Quest standards.
• Follow preparation list for items needed to execute menus and assist in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Duties may include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning.
• Assist customers and maintain lines in a consistent and professional manner.
• Cook I will assist in cold prep, salad and grab & go production with recipes.
• Serve food on the hot line as needed.
• Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Receive and store kitchen deliveries.
