Formación

• Experience in Food Service including quantity and batch cooking preferred.
• Must be physically capable of walking, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to forty pounds.
• Serv Safe Food Manager Certification required within 90 days of hire; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily meal prep and service at the assigned school site.
• Provide efficient, pleasant customer service to students and staff.
• Plan, prepare and serve breakfasts and lunches per menus and recipes.
• Follow meal component and portion guidelines; ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment.
• Complete reporting documents including production and temperature records.
