Job summary

Insights Training Group, LLC seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our food service program. You will ensure nutritious meals are served to students, manage a 28-day menu cycle, and supervise staff to meet safety and dietary requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, NRA/ServSafe sanitation credentials, and at least one year of supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• NRA Food Service Sanitation or equivalent.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of the food service operation.
• Ensure well-balanced, nutritious meals for students.
• Provide three meals per day, snacks on weekends/holidays if needed.
• Plan meals using a 28-day cycle cafeteria menu.
• Ensure meals meet dietary needs and diversity.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Manage ordering, purchasing, receiving, and inventory of food.
• Ensure safety, health, and security of students and staff.
• Oversee staff development and performance evaluation.
