You will work with the team to ensure orders are cooked to customer specifications, monitor freshness, prevent cross-contamination, and stock the station to support timely service.

Responsibilities

• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
• Know different cooking methods for breakfast items (eggs, French toast, pancakes, home fries).
• Prepare the station for service with necessary items cooked to order.
• Check ingredients for freshness and food safety.
• Prevent cross-contamination.
• Prepare meals to customer preferences when applicable.
• Track components to ensure timely final dish.
• Greet guests and note requested cooking temperatures.
