ISS Guckenheimer is seeking a Grill Cook to support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. The role emphasizes accurate prep, timely service, and strict adherence to food safety policies and HACCP guidelines to ensure top quality for guests.

The full-time, on-site position requires standing for long periods, safe operation of large kitchen equipment, and careful coordination with production sheets and the Executive Chef. Weekend shifts are required with shift times around early mornings.

Formación

• Minimum 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate large-volume culinary equipment.
• Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Clock in and out for the workday and breaks.
• Prepare items per production sheets and recipes.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness.
• Notify management of ingredient discrepancies or safety issues.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
