Responsibilities

• Sets up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils.
• Greets customers and handles transactions, ringing in sales and provides accurate change back to customer for each transaction.
• Assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements, labeling and refrigeration placement.
• Inspects workstations for compliance with service standards and cleans/sanitizes as required, following safety policies.
