Responsibilities

• Prepares and assembles for customers at assigned food station.
• Assembles daily menu items accommodating diet restrictions and allergies.
• Tracks inventory and advises supervisor on food orders.
• Maintains sanitation and HACCP checks and temperature logs.
• May serve food in cafeteria and deliver trays to patient rooms.
• Handles cashier transactions and cash drawer when assigned.
