Job summary

Bay Area Hospital is seeking a Food Service Associate II to provide excellent cafeteria service, prepare grilled and fried foods per standardized recipes, and maintain clean, organized work areas. You will support catering requests, rotate stock using FIFO, and ensure safety and sanitation in daily operations.

Desired candidates have six months of food service experience, basic English literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write legibly, and converse in English.
• Must be able to read recipes and follow procedures.
• Experience with safe food handling and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in cafeteria and prepare espresso drinks.
• Deliver catering requests and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Prepare sandwiches and pizzas for customers.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Operate cafeteria equipment and assist with special events.
