Job summary

Sodexo at Minnesota State University Moorhead is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization during food production and service areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, worktables, and equipment; restocking supplies; and assisting with setup and breakdown. No prior experience is required; benefits and flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Sanitation procedures and basic concepts of food safety.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment with chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap and towels.
• Significant walking or mobility required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds (50 pounds occasionally).
