Job summary

Management & Training Corporation is seeking a Substitute Cook for 16 hours per week to join the food services team at the Job Corps program. You will replenish items, stock food and beverages, set up cafeteria lines, and assist with meal service and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, is at least 18, and holds a ServSafe Certification or will obtain one within 90 days. A valid driver's license is required where the site is located.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year experience in food services.
• ServSafe Certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• A valid driver license in the site state with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Replenish essential items in the food services area and dining areas.
• Assist with stocking food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines; may serve meals.
• Assist in storage and inventory of supplies; transfer ingredients for meal prep.
• Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment as required.
