Job summary

Village Care Center in Missouri is seeking a kitchen cook to prepare and cook basic foods in a cafeteria setting, following instructions and supporting PRIDE values. Training is provided as required by policy.

The role requires flexibility to work with a large group of residents, basic cash handling, and strict safety adherence. This position includes varied shifts with every other weekend required, and a minimum pay of $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain Food Handler Permit within 15 days of start date.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow procedures.
