Qualifications

• One year of culinary experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• University of Missouri Food Handler’s Certificate within one month preferred.
• Additional licenses/certifications as determined by the hiring department are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods in a health care setting.
• Maintain food safety and infection control standards.
• Assist with catering, tray assembly and room service as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized per regulations.
