Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Cafeteria Cook for the Clearwater Café serving employees at the Corporate Headquarters in Springfield, MO. You will prep items for recipes, the salad bar, and meals for breakfast and lunch, and serve during the lunch period with a focus on safety and quality.

The role spans grill, deli, pizza/pasta, and salad areas, requiring flexibility, multitasking, and a strong customer-service attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant or cafeteria.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks menu items according to the weekly plan.
• Cleans, cuts, and prepares fruits and vegetables for recipes and salad bar.
• Completes tasks from daily prep list and Chef’s instructions.
• Apportions and serves food to employees and guests safely.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.
• Complies with FDA and local food safety guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
