Qualifications

• Previous food-service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Courteous and professional service.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Food-handler certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome team members with friendly, attentive service.
• Set up the cafeteria areas before each meal period.
• Serve food and beverages according to portions and service standards.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, condiments and supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized serving, dining and storage areas.
• Clear tables and remove trays, dishes and waste promptly.
• Wash dishes, utensils, serving equipment and kitchen items as assigned.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation and proper food-handling procedures.
• Monitor food presentation, temperature and supply levels and communicate concerns to the supervisor or culinary team.
• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating supplies according to established procedures.
• Open and close the cafeteria, including cleaning and preparing the area for the next service period.
• Follow all resort safety, sanitation and workplace policies.
• Support other Food & Beverage duties as assigned.
