Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret menus and recipes and follow directions.
• Good visual and communication skills.
• Ability to record information to production sheets and understand sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and perform food preparation tasks.
• Set up, restock, and break down food prep areas and equipment.
• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food; handle payments and receipts accurately.
• Cross-train in multiple front-of-house roles (cashier, server, host, busser, utility).
