Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is hosting walk-in interviews for Miss J’s Café in Montgomery, AL. The positions cover customer service, food preparation, cleanliness, cash handling, inventory, teamwork, and policy adherence. Walk-ins are welcome weekdays 11-4 at 980 W South Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36105.

Weekly pay and opportunities for growth are offered, along with benefits such as health care, retirement (401k), and paid time off. Prior experience is a plus but not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, food service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the system, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, offer suggestions, and answer questions about the menu.
• Ensure orders are prepared promptly and with quality service.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Prepare food and beverages per café standards using grills, ovens, blenders, and toasters.
• Maintain food storage and organization per safety regulations.
• Keep dining, kitchen, and prep areas clean and sanitized.
• Operate cash register, process payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer following procedures.
• Help maintain inventory and restock supplies, assist with deliveries.
• Work cooperatively with team members and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Follow all policies, safety procedures, and participate in training.
