• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld devices to make business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, fulfilling club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
