Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Shenandoah, TX is hiring a full-time Team Member to support prepared foods, assist customers, and uphold product standards. You’ll learn item specs, assist cross-functional teams, and adapt to the needs of the business.

Be an Expert by preparing according to specifications, planning for seasonality, and maintaining sanitation and cold chain compliance. You’ll operate equipment, rotate stock, and use handheld tools to improve service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Safety Certification (preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specs for prepared foods and educates teammates on tools and resources.
• Prepares food according to item specifications and plans for seasonality while upholding sanitation and cold chain standards.
• Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; uses handheld technology to support production, ordering, and training.
• Drives area performance with stocking, date control, waste reduction, and customer service.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting teamwork and integrity in daily tasks.
