Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise and educate other associates on tools and resources.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions, ensure food safety and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools and handheld tech to support production, ordering, and training with the team.
• Be an Owner: stock, rotate, ensure quality and date controls, reduce waste and assist customers with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate and help train colleagues in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
