Sam's Club in the United States (Centre County, PA) is seeking a team member for prepared foods and customer service. You will learn product specs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and educate associates on tools and resources while staying flexible to business needs.

Responsibilities include preparing food to specifications, planning for seasonality, operating equipment, and using handheld technology to drive sales and improve the member shopping experience.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Position requires completion of all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prepared food specs and educate associates on tools and tasks.
Prepare food per item specifications, plan for future/mass production and seasonality.
Use handheld tech to drive sales and assist with production, ordering, and staff training.
Stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, assist members with purchases.
Support brand image as a Talent Ambassador and help train coworkers.
Follow policies and ethics, complete tasks with managers and teams.
Complete tasks by using data/resources, communicate progress, and address improvements.
