Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring for a team member to maintain up-to-date knowledge of prepared food specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and educate peers on tools and resources. You will prepare food to item specs, plan for seasonality, and ensure sanitation and cold chain compliance.

You’ll leverage handheld technology to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience, stock and rotate merchandise, and resolve member questions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification; Food Service

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prepared food specifications and educate associates on tools and resources.
• Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for seasonality and production needs.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and assist with production, ordering, and training.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure date quality; resolve member questions and assist purchasing decisions.
• Promote a brand-friendly, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Follow policies, procedures, and ethics by applying provided guidelines and open communication.
• Complete tasks by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners while adapting to change.
