Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
• Food safety certification and/or Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods; educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; stay flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; ensure sanitation, food safety, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tech and digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement; assist in training and product quality decisions.
• Be an Owner: support area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; resolve member issues and assist in purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate, inspire others, promote respectful teamwork and training.
