Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a team member to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions, and ensure sanitation and cold chain compliance. Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience while stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality, and assisting members with decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources
• Prepares food according to item specifications and plans for seasonality and mass production
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, using handheld tech for decisions
• Stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date control, and assists members with purchasing decisions
• Acts as a brand ambassador, supports training, and adheres to company policies and ethics
