Job summary

Ruby Falls Castle Café is seeking a full-time Café Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare food and beverages, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. You will engage with guests, uphold Ruby Falls’ core values, and assist in training new staff on POS and safety procedures.

The role requires flexibility for varying shifts, weekend and holiday coverage, and the ability to work across multiple cafe locations and seasonal carts while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to train others on POS and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work in and perform all roles as needed, including Castle Café and seasonal carts.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy with guests and team members.
• Interact with guests and deliver quality service based on Ruby Falls' Core Values.
• Train new team members on POS, opening/closing procedures, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate leadership through training and team communication.
• Uphold fairness, confidentiality, and work with limited supervision.
• Communicate openly with team members and managers.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries and keeping areas organized.
• Ensure equipment and utensils are sanitized and clean.
