Job summary

Charlotte’s Coffee House is seeking a Team Member (full-time or part-time) to support two or three locations with versatility across café and kitchen tasks. You will perform barista duties, food prep, cashiering, and customer service while helping maintain a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across different roles and shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent organizational skills, particularly with food presentation, quality, and cleanliness.
• 18+ years old; previous café/customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, anticipating and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items in adherence to our quality standards.
• Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house to ensure accurate orders.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash securely.
• Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure both locations run efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, including dishwashing, sanitizing, and restocking.
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere, collaborating effectively with colleagues to solve problems and maintain service flow.
