• Take customer orders accurately and process cash, card, and other payments
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, food, and other menu items according to company standards
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Keep the dining area, counters, equipment, and workstations clean and organized
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
• Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation
• Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Cafe Manager or Supervisor
