Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests and assembling salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, while keeping the bakery-cafe clean and welcoming.

You will work across areas such as Production, Service, Cashier, and Drive-Thru with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth. Must be 16+; able to lift up to 25 lbs; Food Handler's Card preferred and training available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to clearly communicate in a loud environment.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay on the move and assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
